Who we are

HoloStock (holostock.io) sells stock video clips and 3D models. In these terms, “we” means HoloStock and “you” means anyone who uses the site. By creating an account or buying anything, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

• You sign in with a one-time email link or with Google. Keep access to your email account secure.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
• One account per person or business. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits, subscriptions and payment

• Prices on the site are in credits. Each clip resolution and each 3D model has a credit price, shown before you buy.
• Our payment partner, Paddle.com, is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoices and sales tax or VAT, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Credit packs are a one-time purchase. Credits from packs do not expire while your account is open.
• The monthly plan costs $9.99 and adds 12 credits each month. Unused plan credits roll over for up to 3 months. You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred, except where the law requires otherwise.

Licenses

When you spend credits on a clip or model, you receive the license described on our license page. The license is perpetual, so you keep it even if you cancel your plan or close your account. 3D models start at 25 credits. You can download items you have licensed again at no extra cost.

Refunds

• Unused credits from a pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• Downloaded clips and models are digital content that is delivered immediately, so they can’t be returned. By downloading, you ask us to deliver the content right away and accept that you lose the right to withdraw from that purchase.
• If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will fix it, replace it or refund the credits.

Acceptable use

• Don’t copy, scrape or bulk-download previews, or try to remove watermarks.
• Don’t share your downloads with people who haven’t licensed them.
• Don’t use the site to break the law or to interfere with its operation.

Ownership

We (or our contributors) own the clips, models, previews and site content. Buying a license gives you the right to use an item as the license allows; it doesn’t transfer ownership.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and content are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Licenses you obtained legitimately before that stay valid. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state of the LLC], United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you more protection.
