What file should I send?
A vector logo (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) gives the sharpest result. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works too. If you only have a JPG, send it and we'll tell you if we need something better.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. You'll see a preview before the final files, and two rounds of changes are included (colour, speed, glow, how it moves in and out).
Who owns the result?
You get a licence to use your custom clip in your own projects, ads and events. It's made only for you: we never sell it or add it to the catalog. We only show it as an example if you tick the box.
How fast is it?
Usually 3 to 5 business days after payment. If you have a tight deadline, tell us in the form and we'll say whether we can make it.
How long is the clip?
You choose: 10, 15, 20 or 30 seconds. Longer clips can be a seamless loop, which suits hologram displays and store screens that play all day.
What formats do I get?
A clip on pure black as MP4 (1K and 2K) plus a version with a transparent background (ProRes 4444). We can also send a 3D model of your logo on request.
